PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The Project Portfolio Administrator is primarily responsible for capturing the organization’s priorities and effectively reporting impact, status, and outcomes at the executive level. The Project Portfolio Administrator will assist in managing and aligning projects with the organization’s strategic plan, driving collaboration to support the organization’s strategic goals of increased efficiency and effectiveness, high quality care and overall better patient experience. The Project Portfolio Administrator is a highly visible position that is always responsible for creating a positive impression with patients, physicians, and other visitors they encounter, both in person and virtually.

EDUCATION:

Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred: Master’s Degree

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:

Minimum: Must have ability to travel between office sites

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

Minimum: 5 years of experience in meeting facilitation and project coordination.

Preferred: 1 year leadership/coaching. 3 years in the healthcare industry. Experience working with Executives, Advisory Boards, or Committees.
